I absolutely adored this event venue! From the moment you walk in, the space is so inviting. I have been there for 2 events and it’s amazing how the space can be transformed! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space provided, in these times it’s pretty tough to find a venue at a decent price that can accommodate more than 50 guests. There are two floors and while the top floor is a wide open space that will allow for your imagination to take it to another level, the bottom floor is a lounge of its own.. Love this event space! It has two floors that can accommodate one large party or two separate. I initially booked the top floor (which is street level) but immediately fell in love with the bottom floor. It’s decor is stunning and didn’t give me basement vibes. It even has its own bathroom as well. I went for a walk through and the owners were very professional and nice. They are very easy to talk to and work with. When it came down to booking the space, they gave me the option of using their in house caterer and event planner (which can be very helpful for an indecisive person such as myself) or using my own. Very nice space in terms of decor and location...However, there are too many restrictions!! Management was very involved over every aspect of my event. They controlled the music and had concerns regarding the amount food and drinks permitted etc. Space is good for a gallery or sit down event. If you want to have a party, please look else where. Please also ensure all entertainment that you will have at your event is explicitly stated in the contract, or it will not be permitted! I cannot stress this enough!
