Please stay away from this place. This is a serious warning to the establishment . As someone who’s visited this lounge multiple times, I’ve never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in any hookah spot before. The staff here are very intimidating, and some of them treat you like you’re not welcome. I’ve experienced multiple incidents that left me feeling anxious, fearful, and on edge.
Every time I come, I feel like I’m being watched, judged, and even secretly recorded. I’ve noticed staff ( including Hispanic manager ) taking photos or videos without consent. They stare, they whisper, they laugh — not in a friendly way, but in a way that makes you feel targeted and humiliated.
The environment is dark and heavy. It’s not just bad service — it’s a place where you feel unsafe. The vibe is hostile, not relaxing.
The conflict started when I asked the staff several times to fix my hookah — something any paying customer should be able to do. Two staff members in particular, Augustina and Nissan responded with rude behavior rolling their eyes and quickly walking away from me and intimidation. Since then, the tension hasn’t stopped.
If my privacy is violated — if any photos or videos of me are ever shared without my permission — I will take action.
This place does not make you feel like a guest or a customer. It makes you feel like you’re being punished just for being there.
The hookah is not great, the customer service is terrible, and the energy is dark. As someone who pays and supports businesses, I believe every customer deserves to feel safe and respected.
I have personally experienced fear, discomfort, and intimidation here on multiple occasions. I’ve spoken to my lawyer regarding this matter and have documented everything — including dates, times, and specific incidents that made me feel unsafe.
If my privacy is invaded — through unauthorized photos or videos taken of me inside this establishment — I will not hesitate to take legal action.
Every customer deserves to feel safe, welcome, and respected — not watched, judged, or harassed.
This lounge has created an extremely hostile and dark environment. The energy is cold, and if staff or certain customers decide they don’t like you, they make it clear you’re not wanted. The treatment feels intentional — from purposely giving bad hookah to ignoring your requests, to having staff and customers stare, laugh, and intimidate you.
I DO NOT GIVE MY CONSENT to any staff member or anyone else to post pictures or videos of me on social media or any other platform, or to share them with others. I do not give my consent. I will say it again: I do not give my consent. I have spoken to my lawyer and everything has been documented for my safety.
I was smoking hookah and went up to the Hispanic manager to ask politely, “Can I please get a coal change?” He said, “I’m sorry, we don’t have any now.” I looked at him confused, and then Nissan joined the conversation and said, “She means coals.” The Hispanic manager started laughing in my face and said, “Oh, oh, I thought she meant something else.” I felt like he was making fun of me on purpose to see my reaction, and then the staff started laughing as .They didn’t care to show respect or hospitality—instead, they laughed at my face. In the past few days, Nissan and Augustina tried to act like they were being nice to me, but I ignored them and always asked the Bengali manager for help. One time, I even saw Augustina’s phone pointed toward my direction. When I looked at her, she quickly turned it away. I’ve documented the times and dates of all of these unprofessional and inappropriate incidents. They bullied me. I was targeted. They humiliated me. I also felt discriminated
I will never return to this place again, as I have already spoken to the manager regarding my concerns.
I constantly look at the staff members and stare out of fear. Nobody should ever feel this way. I have spoken to Bangali manager regards to this matter June...

Read moreHello everyone, I heard about this spit and wanted to try it. Soon as we got there we were told to wait since the place was lil full, we waited and finally got the table. As we sat minutes go by no one comes to give us the menue and I believe the manager of the place kept looking and finally decided to come to our table and asked if we placed an order but I told him we didn’t even get the menue, lol he pretends to get the menue and never comes back finally I asked someone to bring us the menue at least we didn’t come here to just sit SMH🤦🏽♂️. Finally we place the order for multiple things including dish called grilled chicken biryani. I took few bites and saw huge shrimp 🍤 which I’m allergic to I said the person I placed the order with I never asked for shrimp he said it comes with it but he will take it back. From here I’ll jus get to the point, we just wanted to leave I asked for my bill, got the bill which included the dish I’m allergic to, the same guy I placed the order with said don’t worry I’ll remove it took the bill back and came back with the gratuity included bill, which I thought was so petty like first check gave me options to give the tip but this heinous thought he did me favor and corrected my bill and also included 20% tip due to his choice lol so petty I would always leave a tip regardless, I respect people who work hard at any place. But honestly that was pretty messed up and very...
