Doctor is not good. My ankle injury only got temporarily better (for 5 weeks),then got progressively worse. He injected me with cortisone (steroids) prior to any physical therapy, just to make money off of my insurance. I had been to the office numerous times, before that incident, but he would not give me a referral to get physical therapy. Rather, always insisted on me coming back to his office. I was still pretty hopeful, even though I had reason to doubt him. He is so money hungry that he actually suggested I get cortisone shots every week, for a three/ four week session ! As if I am suffering chronic pain (or an old person), but in reality I just needed some advisement. I can't believe I let him inject me, but I was so taken off guard. He didn't even ask me if he could inject, just came inside and told me to put my foot up, and before I had time to think, he was injecting me. I think it is a doctor's job to discuss options with the patient rather than just make a quick dollar. Will never go back to his office.Very foolish doctor and I don't ever leave bad reviews but my ankle is more messed up (now post injection), as I write, then it was a year ago when i first got my injury. I can barely go to work or function. My new doctor has suggested that the cortisone may have made my injury worse. What absolutely appalls me is HE NEVER ASKED ME TO GET AN MRI DONE, only an X RAY. He didn't even know the problem i was facing, before he tried to "fix" it with his money making tactics (injecting me). I am very upset about this situation, but not much to do. I should've trusted my own instinct when I saw how confused he looked, when i first told him about my ankle injury. Please avoid if you can (for ankles, atleast). This is a 100%...

Well-maintained machines & centrifuge where the blood gets separated. the MD gave lots of detail & feedback when i asked specific questions & offered to make Orthotics to my Mold. He administered a Nerve Block which made all very painless & even kept extra blood in refrigerator to use for 2nd injection which i definitely want. He mentioned all Anesthesia would wear off in 4 Hours. i immediately made my getaway back to my Pets in Long Island from Astoria. So this my 3rd Day & the MD did call me back & spoke with him at length & was surprised i had No pain after the wearing off of Anesthesia & was told to avoid certain pills. I am trying to figure out best foods to eat now for maximum Healing and gonna buy HEAT pads to apple starting Day 4 with light Range of Motion activities for my Foot. ...
Read moreIf you need a place with terrible service, this is the one! This place shows absolutely no care or concerns for patients, all they want to do is sell products, any product. I got quickly examined and no instruction of any kind were give for me to care of my injured foot, but didn't miss opportunity to sell me an expensive product that was non-standard treatment and not covered by insurance. On my second visit, one of the doctors almost broke my foot trying to rush by me at the front door of the office, and then completely arrogantly slammed the elevator door before I had a change to get in. The office assistant was equally incompetent by booking appointment for the wrong day, telling to come back an hour later and when I got back telling me that I have to wait more for the people that have come in the meantime, all the while I am barely able to stand on one foot. Should I mention that they tried to blame the wrong appointment on me, telling that I showed up without a confirmation call, seriously?! The motto in this place is "sell, sell, sell" with no real care for the physical wellbeing of...
