I purchased 20 passes after trying the service in the very first time. The service was great on that day. The second day when I visited it was a totally different service. I was really really disappointed. It is 2 hour service and they don't do much for two hours. Most of the time, they just put the mask sheet on the face and leave the customer until the mask sheet is completely dry and it sticks to the skin (it dried up my skin and hurts). Also it is really annoying and gross that the massage person keeps playing with her phone in the same room with sound on and touch my face after playing on the phone without washing her hands.. after trying almost 17 times my skin only got worse.. so I just gave up the rest 3 pass (It was really not worth going..) Later, I heard about this place from others and this place was known to be really bad. I just was the only one didnt know and wasted $1500. I requested for the refund on the second day but they refused. ( i had no way to get it back because they only accept cash) Anyways, please do not waste money on it. I went to get some skin treatment because my skin gets really dry during the winter. I also have some acne scars that I wanted to get fixed.
