I have been living in Jackson Heights for a decade and decided to try this salon as a walk-in. Isabel greeted me. I accidentally washed my hair. Luckily this meant we could begin with the haircut. My hair is long, thick wavy frizzy hair. Isabel is amazing with her craft. I can trust her and the blow was out of this world and felt like spa and I could enjoy myself. I told the person who cut my hair to cut like in the picture I showed him and he cut my hair very short. The hair in the picture was at least touching the shoulder little and mine is no way near to the my shoulder. It made me feel so ridiculous. I’m really upset.
