CHECK YOUR BILLS BEFORE LEAVING! THEY GIVE COUNTERFEIT BILLS!

Today, I went to buy some groceries there and only brought with me a $50 bill. After I finished my purchase, I walked a few blocks and as I was putting my change away noticed the counterfeit $20 they gave me. I returned to Lemon Farm, I spoke with the same cashier and they did not believe me. They claim that I went out and got a fake $20 as if I could be so bothered to do so. They said there is no way that they could have given me that bill and I could have gotten it from a different place or it was a bill I already had. Note, I only have the $50 bill with me and no other additional bills! They called me a liar and they recognize that I am a frequent shopper, but refuse to give me a legitimate bill or admit that they made a mistake.

This place has really taken a nosedive under the new owners. I bought bad blueberries there too many times to count and, making matters worse, my complaints fell on deaf ears. I would might have gotten over the rotted fruit problem if they handled it like a real neighborhood corner store that cares about their customers. But these owners are not our neighbors so they don’t care if they’re nasty. And unlike the old owners, who had the same woman working the register for years, these people can’t seem to keep anyone behind the counter for more than a week at a time....
