I called this store to see if they might organise a delivery for me, as i'm based in France and wanted a special gift for delivery in the USA and the cost and hassle of shipping from France is huge. The staff were delightful, found what i wanted, explained that they could organise delivery, cost was really reasonable and when the address wasn't clear enough they stepped in to clarify so everything went smoothly.
