I already see a difference because of her attention to my needs and where I want to focus toning and strengthening my body. She has a wonderful demeanor and is always upbeat. Read moreI’ve been working with Juliet for just about a month now. I was never someone who thought of myself as someone who liked to “work out.” I love being active by dancing and outdoor activities. Working with Juliet on the East River has been amazing after being cooped up for the last year and a half due to the pandemic. Juliet prepares unique and individualized workouts for each of her clients. I always feel great after meeting with Juliet for an hour.
