I hesitate to say her name because she’s always very busy and in high demand very popular everyone wants her even LaserAway they take her to other locations to train other people so I didn’t want to tell anyone her name and fear of not getting an appointment with her when I need an appointment!! However I have to let you guys know how great she is !!

From the first day, I met her she’s always been welcoming. She’s always been kind we connected immediately. She really cares about how you look. She takes her time and she wants you to look good. She is a master in her craft hence why she’s so highly sought after and then had demand and training people. She knows her stuff. She an artist.

She is as excited for you are about getting treatment, and truly enjoys what’s she dose

I received a few sessions of cool sculpting. The results were great until two things went wrong. 1. They applied the applicator to an area I did not desire. 2. The area that got treated now has a very obvious lump

Yes, I understand that when you are getting these treatments there could be side effects but here is my experience with their customer service. First they tell me there is nothing they can do until they see the full result in three months and they promise to reach out in three months. Time comes and no one reaches out. I had to email them four times to get someone to respond to my email. Since then, I've had a couple calls and a few email exchanges with LaserAway but never a constant representative sticking with me, so I had to explain the situation over and over again, and they would give me the same answer which ranged from "Please send us pictures" "They look fine" "There is nothing we can do" "We only are able to treat the area approved by the FDA and our nurse treated you by the protocol"

They say the same thing over and over again with no solution, and just wait for the customer to get so worn out with the contant back and forth and just give up so they dont have to deal with providing a real solution

Now I have to live with lumpy thigh and I just wasted so much time, energy, money, and stress - thanks to LaserAway

For anyone who goes here, I hope you never have any side effects because they will NOT CARE and you...

This company’s website for all locations was an absolute nightmare. I go to schedule the appointment and all the days for the next 2 weeks at the location I choose we’re out but I had to click each and every day to know that, so I look at another location after refilling out all my contact info and the same thing. No warning not to waste 10 mins clicking each day seems like it would be more useful to say there’s none or take you to the soonest one , so I tried the next location same issue… before wasting anymore time I figure I’ll just chat with with them… but there’s no option… so I’m like okay I’ll email them. Their contact us page .. a list of all the locations and the empty appointments scheduled availability no contact info other than a number and I can not speak (and be understood for about 2 more weeks) so literally any other way to allow me to book does not exist. The website design is nice, it is just not of any real use. At least not in New York. I’ve heard good things about this place but that experience was VERY frustrating to say the least I’m worked up having wasted an hour...
