I stumbled upon this salon & was grateful that they allowed walk in’s. I was serviced for a French pedi & gel mani. The mani came out perfect with attention to detail but my pedicure left me confused. Both pinky toes weren’t fully painted, neglecting the side walls so it looks rushed & chipped. While doing my mani she offered a facial to which I politely declined but she pressed she could ‘help’ me. This exchange made me feel insulted. I understand promoting business but there’s a difference between advertising other services offered versus passive aggressively suggesting that my skin looks bad, trying to upsell. If I didn’t ask for something- stay focused on the task at hand. My biggest gripe was the pricing is a money grab. Upon sitting me in the pedicure station, the nail tech turned on the massage chair. When paying for my work, I was surprised to find out the massage chair was an extra $12 to my bill. I’ve never had any salon charge for the massage chairs because it’s widely known as a complimentary amenity. Now if I just wanted to use the chair without having being serviced, I absolutely understand a charge. Had the tech advised me of that fee before hand, I would’ve declined because those chairs do nothing for my back. While paying for my bill she then openly demanded to know how much I would be tipping. I was going to tip regardless but confronting me begging left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not...

I recently visited Lucky Star Nail Salon and was completely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, making me feel immediately welcome. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing a relaxing atmosphere was evident in every aspect of the salon.

The standout experience, however, was the gel manicure I received. It was as if the nail technician read my mind and transformed my dream nail design into reality. The precision, the color selection, and the quality of the gel were outstanding. My nails looked stunning, and the gel manicure has been incredibly durable.

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and skill at Lucky Star Nail Salon. The lovely staff has won me over, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. If you want a manicure that looks like it came out of your dreams, this is the place to go. Thank you, Lucky Star Nail Salon, for such a...

Do yourself a favor. Don’t come here. I came in for a gel soak- off. The service was average but I was fine with it, until this angry lady who takes care of the payment told me that the minimum credit card charge is $10 (the service was $8 and I was never told of the minimum credit card charge)- so I was like ok charge the $10 and please give $2 to the girl as a tip. And then she told me that wasn’t possible, that I needed to pay the 10 and tip additionally- when I told her that made no sense and that I was not going to pay more she called me stupid and said why I was making everything so complicated… The other people working there look so nice and I feel so sorry for them but this person has 0 problem solving or customer...

Worst nail experience ever. Paid full price for: - Wrong color used initially - Poor acrylic application (just dipped fingers in powder, no brush technique) - 6 nails completely broke off in less than 2 weeks - The nail on my thumb cracked after just 6 days - Didn't even last through my vacation Save your money and time. This isn't professional work - it's rushed, poorly done, and won't last. Wish I'd known their technique before spending my money. Not worth the price or the hassle of having broken nails on vacation. I’m so pissed! The pic of the thumb is literally 6 days after the appointment while on my trip!! The last 2 pics of my hands are how it looks now on the May 16. I got them done on May 7th.. I’m never returning there again.
