It was my first time at Madison by a recommendation from a friend! I had gel polish from another salon and my natural nails have been reduced from the previous service. Hazu, the nail technician, was very gentle so she doesn't disturb what was left of my nails. She cleared the original gel polish, cleaned it and then added a gel overlay so that the polish has another layer to build on. Hazu mentioned that this process will help with growing my nails stronger and healthier in the long run. She was very through in the process and my nails came out lovely.

The location is inside a building on the 4th floor and the space is very nice and clean.

This was the first time I visited this salon on the advice of a friend. The experience was very smooth and relaxing. The salon is in a multi use building very close to several subways. I was greeted with tea and water and given a bunch of colors to pick from. As I as doing single colour, and my nails were short, we got right in. The technician, Nika did a great job cleaning my cuticles and then started applying the gel coats. We tested a colour and it wasn't right, so she cleaned it off and we tried another, it was perfect. Best Japanese nail salon in the city! I had a quick 30-minute art gel with Nika, and she did an absolutely amazing job. The salon offers monthly specials but you can always request and create designs with the nail artists. Everyone here is very nice and skilled, definitely will be back for more fun designs. Plus point that they offer a complimentary drink (water, tea, or coffee) with Venchi chocolates (my favorite!) and end the session with Chanel hand cream❤️❤️❤️
