I just had an incredible experience with Shaun at Marc Jacobs that I have to share! I called the store, hoping to find a limited edition tote bag called âDenim Tears,â which I had been searching for all day. Surprisingly, Shaun informed me they had one bag left in stock.
Instead of selling it to someone locally in New York, Shaun went above and beyond by grabbing it immediately and setting it aside for me. He made the phone order process seamless and stress-free. Communication through email and text was professional and precisely executed, as he explained it to me. It was seamless, as if I was in New York at the store.
I genuinely appreciate Shaun's dedication to customer service, especially considering the late hour. His willingness to ship the bag to California instead of selling it on the spot speaks volumes about his commitment to helping customers like me. I got the bag and am truly happy about it and genuinely grateful, thanks to Shaun. I will be returning to Marc Jacobs...

I just came from Fashionphile, and the experience was very dull. None of the salespeople were eager to sell anything. The folks at Marc Jacobs were the complete opposite. Angel sold me (2) limited edition tote bags that I didn't know I needed. I LOVE THEM. She styled the bag with very cute matching accessories and an extra Marc Jacobs strap. I honestly would not have even looked at those items had Angel not shown them to me. She listened to what I liked. THE GIRL COOKED. I walked away extremely happy. This location was hosting a pet portrait painting event (where the artist was remarkable and worked incredibly quickly. the sales rep heavily pressured us to select a bag in 5 minutes (a $300+ purchase) for the event. She could not manage her stress and created an unsettling environmen for everyone in the store and blamed us for any delays for the service of other customers. We showed her the picture of the 2 dogs to paint and she did not raise any concerns. After we dropped off the bag for the painting she called us 2 hours later yelling at us that we would need to pay $350 for the additional dog and that it was our fault for requesting two dogs. This was not communicated to us before dropping the bag off or communicated on the event details. The sales rep must have received additional commission from bulling our party into making an additional purchase. I hope this location reviews the staff and trains employees to treat customers...
