Bought earrings and a ring from here. At the time of purchase, the lady at the store encouraged to come exchange any pieces of jewelry with something new or more if I was interested. Had a size issue with the ring and also wanted to exchange it for another ring and it was an appalling experience. This time the different lady was there, I explained to her that I was there either for size fix or open to new ring and see what they have. She was rude from the get go, had zero interest in talking to me or showing me new jewelry or providing any minimal customer service. She then told me that the ring cannot be exchanged, they will buy it back but for $30 bucks, I was shocked. I paid about $600 for the ring and I had the ring for barely 6 months. I asked for explanation on price for a ring that was $600 to $30 in about 6 months when I wore the ring for about 3/4 times max. She said that we will not pay for the diamonds, the max you can get for gold is $30. I was super confused because they sold me the ring with marketing the exchange or return for another piece of jewelry so I asked her, how come they don't take their own diamonds for a barely used ring which was pretty much brand new and how in the world this gold is worth $30. She rudely said that's how it is going to be, if you don't like it then you can sell it somewhere else. This experience made me realize how much cheap quality their raw materials i.e. gold and diamond must be and how poorly the ring must be created. Never buying any jewelry from this brand every again and new buyers beware. If I knew the ring was $30 worth, I would have paid them that not a discounted marketed price...

I can't say enough positive things about the wonderful experience my fiancé and I had at Martin Busch. We worked with Eva to design a ring that exceeded both of our expectations.

I thought I knew what I wanted and we planned to order online, but I didn't know my ring size. I went into Martin Busch, which is close to my office, just to try to get sized. I had no intention of purchasing, so this was mostly a fun lark. As I talked to Eva about my planned ring, she pointed out some issues with durability and wear and offered some alternatives. I called my boyfriend and suggested we make an appointment. It was clear we needed professional guidance to get what we wanted.

At our appointment, Eva showed us several stones (including what I initially thought I wanted) and settings. She explained the pros and cons of each, including longterm wear, maitenance, and pricing. She really helped educate us on options we didn't even know were available.

Most importantly to me, Eva was incredibly respectful of our price point. We had a modest budget and that was part of the reason we primarily looked online. Not only did we get a MUCH better piece than if we had gone online, Eva made us feel like valued VIPs. I was nervous that a jeweler would be dismissive or try to pressure us into something out of budget, but that couldn't have been farther from what happened. It was such a fun, positive, low-stress way to start this next chapter in our relationship.

100% recommend this place for all of your jewelry needs, but especially for repair/ring resizing. My mother and I have heirloom rings from our beloved departed mother/grandmother that no other jeweler wanted to attempt resizing, and we thought we'd never be able to wear them. But thankfully I found Ozzy and Eva, who worked with us to find the best solution, meeting with us a couple of times, talking through all the possibilities, and really understanding our wishes and giving us options when no one else could. They were also able to find a teardrop ruby to replace in an earring. The results on the rings and earring were perfect, and we can now enjoy these pieces for decades to come, and remember our loved one. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was really wonderful. I feel like I’ll be stopping in periodically just to say hi to everyone there, because they are just that fantastic.
