Worst cut I’ve ever gotten. I explained I just wanted a trim and to keep the length, but he cut completely different lengths all around. He cut my hair crooked, and he didn’t even cut the back of my head. When I told him what was wrong with it and to fix it he told me that it looks good and just brushed my hair in a different way than it would naturally be so it didn’t look crooked. He cut about 2 time shorter than what I asked him, and when he was texturing it he just kept cutting it shorter and shorter with the wrong type of scissors. Didn’t thin it either. So now my hair looks like a rounded square with 1/2in missing out of the side of my hair on the front. Before anyone thinks I could have corrected him in the process, he chopped off my hair so fast there was no fixing it. Btw I told him it was way too short and he continued to cut it shorter. He wanted to charge 35$ as well. And this all ended in a huge argument. Never going here again, proceed at...

Edit: What a kind and considerate offer 6 MONTHS LATER. This business is a joke. Long & Short around the corner and Classic NY on Schermerhorn are both much more professional and much better barbers. Avoid this place.

Ridiculous circus of a barber shop. I made an appointment online for this location and showed up 5 minutes early. The two staff members completely ignored me until I asked when I'd be seated. I showed them the confirmation and they embarrassedly tried to change the convince me it was for the other location and change the topic. After asking them repeatedly if I'll get my hair cut, they said no and I left, went around the corner to Smart Barber and had a much better experience all around. Great local men's barber in Brooklyn. Service was great and very accommodating. The barber on site was very skillful. Would highly recommend.

Update 11/21 - have used multiple barbers at Master Class over the past several months. All have been excellent. Will continue to use them.

Update 1/22 - have been going here about once or twice a month with multiple barbers. Always a great experience.
