Been a customer for 4 years and have picked up a total of 8 art pieces from CW since 2018 when we bought a home. Recently we bought two large framed artworks, from in-store sales assistance provided by Mary Jo, to post-sale customer service over email and phone by Erick and Mathias, I give them 5 stars. Erick was fantastic in following up providing me with delivery update and tracking info, we love what and how things were delivered and the artworks are on the wall just like how we expected!! I have just discovered this store! I loved their selection of homeware, candles and everything that can be given as a gift. I purchased there a small saucer with a print of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Arch. It wasn't cheap (USD 26) yet I wanted to get a souvenir referring specifically to Brooklyn. Furthermore, it was important to me to learn that this item had been produced locally in Ohio. I specifically asked about it, and a salesperson was able to find this information and answer my question. I would not have spent this amount of money on a Chinese product. They closed before the scheduled time. I arrived at 5:54 to quickly pick up another two perfumes on my way home from a full of errands. I was told they were closed. When I asked what time they closed - they said 6 p.m. I stated that it’s not 6 o’clock yet. She then said we close at 5:55 p.m. and to come back tomorrow. I mentioned that I don’t have time to come back which is why I rushed to make before they closed. She shrugged and locked the door.
