I had a double pane replacement window in the bathroom with a broken seal for so long that the lower 3 inches was looking like an aquarium. We'd been putting off handling it (and watching it get more and more disgusting) for a couple years, primarily out of fear of having to replace the whole frame and second window.

With the economy being what it is, I rolled the dice and came upon Mike The Glazier just from a Google search, and the reviews are all accurate.

In an hour they replaced the glass and re-sealed the entire frame. I don't know if it's proper etiquette to mention the price, but it was a fraction of what I'd expected.

I have several other windows with seals in disrepair, but not as bad as the one I brought in. I'm gonna be bringing in a couple each month and we'll have windows as good as new for so much less than replacing the windows themselves.

Recent vandalism necessitated a need for replacement glass on both double hung and picture windows. Brought the bottom double hung windows in on a bright Monday Morning per Vic's (Mike the Glazier manager?) suggestion. Waited at their business establishment and they had the broken double hung window panes replaced. During this time I made a appointment to have them drop by to complete the remaining broken pane on my picture window. Xavier, a really nice employee, shows up as expected and personally measured what we would need. So far I am more than elated with Mike the Glazier.
