Moon Child NYC — Local services in New York

I received two precious bracelets from Moon Child for my birthday. Unfortunately because they were both very delicate, they broke soon after wearing them. I went into the store to explain my situation and the owner was so sweet and immediately offered to fix. Not only did she fix the bracelets free of charge, she explained how she would reinforce them a different way so they'd be stronger for future wears. When I went to pick them up, the bracelets were fixed and she even added extra stones which made the bracelets even cuter. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and her willingness to help me out. What amazing customer service! Thank you for your help, Moon Child, and I can't wait to visit again for cute and trendy jewelry....

This woman was extremely hostile, rude and pretentious. I've never had such a shocking retail experience where it took me aback and I had to leave the store. I tried to buy some cheap jewelry this woman was selling and she treated me very poorly, so rude that I literally turned around and walked out without finishing my purchase. I'd rather go to Urban Outfitters and buy similar jewelry where at least the Millennial kids behind the counter will treat their customers with respect.
