I went here recently for the Geshin Impact exhibition. Pros are that I really enjoyed the artwork and artists there. I'm not much of a fan of the game but I liked learning more about it through the artwork. Cons were that the area in the front was very humid and uncomfortable, and it took a good while before a staff brought a fan in to make the guests more comfortable. Also, two of the cashier staff were very dismissive to me and pretty much singled me out to move off of the line, even though I was standing with my friend checking out items he was purchasing. I moved over to a different part of the room and watched the area I was previously in while waiting for my friend to be done, and I witnessed other groups of people on the lines for the next 15-20 minutes. None of them were told to move off the line if they didn't purchase anything, and I hate to bring up race, but I was the only one told to move who was black. Wasn't a good experience overall, but at least my friend stood up for me and made a complaint to one of the managers. Most of the staff were nice overall, the artwork was great, but this place really needs to be more careful of who they allow to work in these spaces. No one should have to be treated that way. This place claimed those were outside workers from another company using the space, and claimed they forwarded an email of my complaint to them, but I never heard back from anyone.
