My Sweet Home Furniture — Local services in New York

If I can give negative stars I would have. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I went there with a family member and we liked a furniture. After we bargained a bit we decided on a price but we told them that we will come first thing in the morning given that we don’t have $700 cash on us. Idk anyone who’s walking around with that much cash in Jamaica ave. If they were closing they could have told us to leave but they didn’t say anything when we walked in and was rushing us to make the sell. We literally asked “will u be able to wait till tomorrow morning, I’ll be here first thing in the morning” we didn’t have any issue paying a deposit either. But they treated us horribly and disrespected us by making us leave the store while we were trying to decide if we should use card or cash given it’s a big purchase. Mind you this whole thing happened in less than 15 mins.

So please save ur money and time and don’t go to them for services. You will be treated very disrespectfully. It was 2 elderly men and we were extremely respectful to them both but they definitely don’t know how to treat their customer with respect and care. 5 starts in...

Went there today looking for dining chairs. Two elderly men works there and are very unprofessional, specially the more older man. Upon entering I told the man that I am not looking for anything expensive and doesn’t even have to be sturdy. I informed the man that I want to spend as less as possible. He began going through the catalog book and calling some other place. When I told him that you’re showing me expensive chairs I don’t want it. He told me to go downstairs because he has metal chairs there. I went downstairs and he showed me a metal chair. He said the chair would be $250 and I told him I have seen the same chairs online for $120 but if he can deliver it today I will pay $150. The man said he cannot let it go for $150 and I said okay understandable thank you for your time and I was on my way out. The older man came outside and asked me “do you live in America?
