Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

I’m not from this area and was passing through. This was the worst decision made and a waste of 30 min of my life. There was an error in my order and I nicely made them aware of the issue immediately. The staff (especially the female mgr) that was on post @ 5:07 pm on 8/17/2024 took 15 minutes arguing and trying to explain how the mistake was on my end. Fifteen minutes of explaining why they didn’t put SOUR CREAM on my No.8 Combo!!! (really) All wanted was sour cream or supreme tacos, so I conceded and realized this is way too much energy for a taco and asked for my money back… the story goes on and I will file a corporate complaint because it escalated from there when I asked for the name of the manager she actually snatched the receipt out of my hand and ripped it up. The people that work here chat too much rather than doing their job. I been waiting 15 mins for a chicken quesadilla and a taco and OMG non stop chatting no food. This place does not have nuggets either. What’s the point of being Taco Bell if you don’t have the new items here like hello. It’s like 20 degrees outside and all I wanted was some chicken nuggets. food is good but I think it could be a little bit better. It’s honestly really really really good but it’s a little difficult with delivery. They get my order wrong sometimes and sometimes when they send it, the tacos are sticking to the bottom and they’re a little bit soggy and cold when they get here but that’s licleh DoorDash’s fault.
