N.Peal — Local services in New York

One of the best cashmere products store in NY. I have been visiting this place since 2020. I custom ordered one sweater from them. In the past years, I bought two more sweaters. I love the fair isle red colored sweater the most. The last one I bought was a long open front cardigan. It is soft and warm but I wish it had a little brighter colors. This is the ONLY issue with this brand that their colors are so monotone... always these colorless shades and so little options in colors!!! They always say you can custom order. Yes, I can custom order but that also means I pay more than the listed price and I never get a discount on any items. I do not want to custom order every time I want to buy an item from you. I mean, wake up already! Add colors and more options to your list of items. It is mad boring to see these same boring shades every year. I have been looking at this year's colors, same boring colorless shades!!! Mad! Boring man! You cannot expect me to buy same boring color every where. It does not make sense!! Why don't you guys have some...

Honestly, i can say that N.Peal has the best shopping experience in Manhattan Everything was 10/10 from the quality of the clothes to the decorations in the boutique, and I think the best part of this store is 100% Paloma she was so helpful and patient she made me want to buy the whole store. I think I may have found my new favorite brand! Thanks again, Paloma!

Also, I forgot to mention that they have a complementary dry cleaning service. I mean, who does that amazing...

Overall great store. The employees were friendly and let us poke around.

I would have loved to purchase some clothing, but it's very pricey at ~$500 per sweater.
