The service was awful. Prejudice behind those smiles. I was told I need reservations but can sit at bar if I wait 10 minutes. Table opened and I asked if we can take seat, again told no because it's reserved. White couple came in without reservations and asked to wait. We then seated at the bar and 2 minutes later, the white couple came after us without reservations seated at the table. I was furious. Racism happens even with the same race (Asian). This restaurant obviously will only provide better service to the "Caucasian". I will never go back again and hope you do not support it behavior.

Had to make a 2nd post on Google map. This is how bad it is.

Reply to owner, nevertheless, the white couple also came on a slammed Friday without reservation but got seated at a table. I stormed out but didn't curse at the server. My exact words were "you should be sorry!" (She wasn't sorry until I called her out on it) English is not my first language either and I too wanted to cry for being prejudice against! No language is needed, action spoke louder. The fact is, we were rejected to be seated at the table when I asked then the table was given to a white couple without reservation shortly after. No matter how you twist it, fact is fact! Your reply shows isthe reason your server will treat non white customers that way. No one should spend money here and support this type of racism.

PS. I didn't delete the post I wrongly made on Thai Cafe. I apologized. Unlike you that don't know how to apologize and admit your wrong to...

The food here is good, I’ve dined in and have used there delivery services multiple times and everything went great all up until now. I always tip everywhere I go or whatever I can and I’ve tipped every time at this place usually $3-$5 on deliveries and 20% with dine in. Recently I’ve ordered using there delivery services and was urged to tip which I did not like. I tip out of courtesy and out of quality of service. I tipped even after a bad service experience which was a rude customer service representative as well as the food not meeting its expectations. Recently I hadn’t tipped once or twice after the many times from ordering here as well as tipping every single time. I received numerous calls from this place around 10 at night and picked up the call thinking it was some emergency. It was just a staff member calling me about tipping and urging me to do it. I explained that I tip every time I just did not have cash on me. The guy was nice and all but I did not like the way he is calling me 10 at night demanding a tip even after I basically said I had no money on me and I’ve tipped every single time. He said the delivery service is free but you need to tip. If you’re demanding a tip for “free delivery service” it is not free!!! Just make a delivery fee so you can stop harassing and urging customers to tip! The delivery drivers don’t even say thank you for tips they just walk away. This is unacceptable and they have just lost multiple customers as me and my other friends will stop ordering from here due to this...

I came to this place for the first time as suggested by a friend who was Thai. I arrived first and they still sat me without my entire party which was surprising because the dinner rush was already in full swing.

The ambiance is so cozy and precious, love the wood feel and the retro yet modern vibe. The ceiling was really high too or maybe just made it appear that way from the decor on the sides.

Our server Gigi was friendly and attentive, was helpful answering any questions, we were particularly looking for her recommendations prior to us ordering.

An observation I noticed was that all the staff members assist in making sure your water is filled to the tip top of your glass, everyone helps run food to the tables etc. Impressive teamwork!

What we ordered: Apps:Khanom Jeeb Pak (veg dumplings) & Tom Kha (soup) Entrees: Yum Pak Boong Grob (crispy morning glory salad) & Kua Gling (string beans in Thai paste)

Also got to meet the sweet small and mighty owner, Moni! She's a burst of energy and so hospitable.

Thanks so much, I plan to come back...

I’ll start by saying I don’t really like Thai food. I don’t like the smell of fish sauce, and I usually find the noodles too thick. But my foodie wife loves this place, and another couple wanted to try it, so we met there. My wife says their soup is the best in the area, a perfect blend of sweet and sour. I’m on a diet, but the mango sticky rice looked amazing. They’re getting five stars because I love the ambiance: cozy, with space for our stroller, upbeat Thai music from the 70s, and interesting photographs from Thailand on the walls. Our server even took our picture twice. So even though I don’t like Thai food, this was a very pleasant experience, and if you do like Thai food, it will probably be even better.

This must be new ownership, not just a rebrand, because the food here is nothing like the spot that was previously here. It was sooo delicious! Got the Laab Gai salad and it was exactly what I wanted. Definitely hit the spot, not sure if this photo does it justice or not but it was tooo good! Even when ordering mild spicy it was still a manageable level of spicy, but not for anyone with a bland palette. Even the Mango Sticky Rice was so beautifully presented with the mint sprig, even though it was for takeout. Not sure what makes it slightly blue, but with a coconut drizzle on top this was incredible.
