My favorite store in the neighborhood. Decent prices, good healthy food and friendly staff. They have some products I cant find elsewhere. Pumfu, 100% pumpkin seeds, absolutely delicious and reasonably priced and Coco June yogurt, the coop and Key food do not sell this wonderful yogurt.
There frozen fish is delicious and reasonably priced except the halibut which is very expensive. There selections of almond and peanut butters are excellent. My favorite is - Santa Cruz, dark, crunchy, no-stir peanut butter, no refrigeration needed and not oily.
Their greens are always fresh and beautiful especially the kale. The purple and Japanese sweet potatoes are always wonderful. I like their selection of healthy cleaning products and the treeless paper towels made of bamboo. They have a good vitamin selection at very reasonable prices and Dominick is always very helpful as to the best products whatever your need are.
The cashiers are the best. Always friendly, never speedy even if it is busy and always helpful if you have questions. The staff always says hello and makes you...
Read moreThis store has an excellent selection of mostly organic products, excellent quality produce, many hard to find items, a fantastic juice bar which is closed for the lockdown, a great selection of sauces and nut butters, excellent selection of whole grain cereals and crackers, and lots of great grab and go items. They also have a wonderful collection of natural cosmetics at great prices. Since the pandemic, they sell a foam hand sanitizer and cleanser for about $7.00 that comes in a small bottle but has lasted me 2 1/2 months. I highly recommend their juice bar, but they also have a cooler full of natural juice drinks. They carry a lot of esoteric items, and have a nice selection of vegan cheeses. They also sell the full range of Amy's frozen dinners. No other place in Brooklyn sells Amy's General Tso's vegan chicken dinner, which...

However, an unsettling incident occurred during our latest visit, where we were unjustly accused of theft. This situation raises concerns regarding potential biases, as there appeared to be no substantive basis for their allegations.
Given our clean criminal record and the absence of any suspicious behavior on our part, one would expect a responsible protocol—such as reviewing security footage—prior to involving law enforcement. The decision to escalate the matter to the police without verification seems not only unwarranted but also indicative of a deeper issue. I am contemplating discussing these events further with my attorney to explore potential avenues...
