I Had a HORRIBLE experience at this nail Salon!! So I was there at approxtimately 6:15pm on 7/5/17. When I walked in a women asked me what services did I need and i told her that I would like a French Gel Manicure and Pedicure she prompted me to pick a color and sit down on the bench near the window. Which I already picked my color but goes to show nobody was paying me any mind, however she quickly hurried to start someones nails. After about 5 minutes I noticed that she did not mention anything to the Girl who normally works the front desk so I proceeded to let her know my services. Shortly after a white mother and her young daughter came in to receive pedicures with (NO APPOINTMENT) but seem to be in a hurry because she asked the older gentlemen how long would it take and he reassured her.."not too long" After waiting 27 minutes a young woman politely took me to the pedicure station in the back. I proceeded to take off my socks and shoes while she ran the water. As soon as I was putting my feet in the water, the gentleman asked the lady who was helping me why did she take me first, and proceeded to say they were here first (referring to the mother and daughter) I chimed in by saying "No I was". He then told the lady that They had an appointment which was a LIE!!! I was sitting there when they first walked in and watched the entire interaction. He then told me that I had to wait!! Embarrassed and annoyed I proceeded to put my sneakers back on! After waiting about 30mins for services that I quite feel are over priced, but hey Im a nurse and after a long day of standing and walking on my feet I figure I would treat myself. Being a member of this community for many years and noticing the clientele that walks in and the preferential treatment towards some people I am appalled. Maybe he thought White was Right! I am upset because I am a notarized vlogger with a huge following and recommended this salon to many people. NOT ANY MORE!! TASTELESS...

I’m old enough to remember when there was such a thing as customer service and service providers cared about your business, wanted you to be happy with the service and come back. It’s 2025 and I’ve accepted the fact that customer service is dead. That said when I pay above average amount for a service, I expect to be happy with it. That was not the case with this salon. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure from them. Within 3 days my pedicure chipped which never happens with my pedicure and my gel manicure started to crack which never happens with my gel manicures. I usually am able to get 3 good weeks out of my gel manicures. I couldn’t go into the salon to show them how their work was falling apart because I was out of town. When I finally made it home and to the salon on day 7 of the service, all they had to offer was apologies. They flat out refused to do anything and if I wanted the gel removed I would have to pay for that and a new service. I didn’t even ask them to fix my pedicure, I was willing to let that go. I was not about to give this salon any more of my money. I’ve been coming here for a year, I’ve even sent friends to the salon. That stops now. To me the true test of great customer service is not when everything goes as expected, it’s when things go wrong and did the merchant resolve the issue to your satisfaction. In all honesty the services I’ve received from the salon have been inconsistent at best. I kept going back because a good nail salon that does consistent good work is hard to find. Not only that the girl that usually in the front is unfriendly and cold. I will not be coming back here for my nail services. If anyone knows a nail salon with good technicians, who do consistent good work and pay great attention to detail, please share in the comments. Thank you.

This was my first post Covid pedicure and to say I had trepidations is an understatement. However boy was I glad I allowed my sister to drag me to Element. First of all, I loved the way we could call and make an appointment. One of the worst parts of getting a pedicure is the wait, especially when it's a busy. We were able to make reservations over the phone and even change then to an earlier time, no problem. Ambiance: 5 stars. Immaculately clean, beautiful place with soft, relaxing music playing in the background just loud enough for you to hear, but not loud enough to annoy. Pedicure: 5 stars. We checked in at the desk when we entered, chose our colors by the door and were immediately ushered to the pedicure stations that were large and comfortable with plastic dividers. Everything used by the ladies, Eva was my technician, was new and opened right in front of us. They have a variety if treatments to choose from at different price points. We chose the Elemental Pedi. It was pricey at $79, but worth every penny considering how long it's been since I treated my footsies. The Elemental includes a milk bath, coffee scrub, milk masque, parafin boots, callus care, and a 10 minute massage. So very relaxing and my legs and feet feel and look reborn! Technician: 5 stars. I was treated by the fabulous Eva who was just amazing. She was very knowledgeable and tender. If you don't have a regular place to get your Mani-Pedis, give Elemental a try. You won't...

Ladies leave the 20$$ nail salons and treat yourself how you should be treated!!! The technicians are PHENOMENAL! I'm completely in love and thoroughly impressed. They are so detailed and take their time to cater to your specific needs. Did I also mention super super super clean. I am a fan and thoroughly grateful for my experience! Update: if you're into acrylic, please do NOT get it done here. Those are my nails after a WEEK. My thumb nail broke off the night of the wedding. The next nail broke off by the next day and I wasn't doing anything strenuous. I was grabbing a box, it fell on my hand and the whole nail popped off. Pinky broke off by me scratching my scalp. These nails do not last and absolutely NOT worth 95$+ that they charge for a full set. I'd stick to just the pedicures.

I traveled all the way from Germany to Brooklyn for the passing of my grandmother. After a hectic week, I decided to come and get a relaxing manicure and pedicure. That was not the case; my pedicure was rushed so fast, I had to ask her to slow down, which made her go back to the other foot she rushed through and found more cuticles that needed to be cut. For the manicure she rushed as well, as the young lady (white) that sat beside me they took their time with. Afterwards, she walked me over to the dryers-gave me a 4 second massage (yes I timed it) and walked away. They are a bit pricey but I knew that before coming and did not mind it; I thought the service would match the price. NOPE, I could of gone to any run down nail salon and received the same experience for half the price.
