We called their staff on a Thursday, he had opening in Friday. He asked how many bedrooms and if we had stairs. I told him we have 4 bedrooms and stairs. I also told him we have dogs and one of them peed a lot in one section of the carpet. Technician came out and did a fantastic job. Fantastic doesn't even describe how well of a job he did. He explained everything and how it worked, and how the pet treatment worked. Their Technician was able to get all the pee out, and it smells clean now. Very professional and courteous. There are no up charges and the price is very reasonable and fair for how much work was actually do. I have approximately 1700 Sq feet of carpet. Very good price and the work was outstanding. Highly recommend. Next time, I will have the tile and grout treatment when I get the carpets...
