I have been here before when light salon and Kate Somerville were here. Went yesterday 12/21/24 for luxe pedicures with my daughter. When we arrived at 2p I was advised they couldn’t find them. After showing email and speaking with staff they were able to take us about 215p. I have driven from Delaware and I was freaking out that after all that and parking we didn’t have appointments. I was seen by Sangy and she was amazing. She did her best on my feet and to help me forget about my check in experience. A lot of dogs there three as a matter of fact and a women next to us who had her young daughter there while working which was unusual. I love the service but for $80 eaxh there was no spa type atmosphere at all. I did like the service just of you want to charge on the higher end you need to maybe fine tune the surroundings. At one point the little girl was standing very close to me and picking her nose while staring at me how strange? I would return for the employee since she personally did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. Also pedicure stations are very minimum and no massage and just a bowl with a plastic insert and plastic liner...

So I woke up on a Wednesday morning with a cystic pimple and I was over it! I did pick at it unfortunately and then decided it was time to start my journey of glowing skin. So I booked the last time slot of the day available and left right after work to get a facial. From the moment you walk in, your greeted and offered water. Gabriella was my Esthetician & educated on my face and the products she was using. I originally booked on thing and she explained the benefits of both and I decided the wet hydra facial is what was best. The whole session was amazing. Every pore felt cleaned out lol and My face left glowing. She also sent me an after care plan which I will continue to follow. I also felt so pampered omg I really needed this! Thanks...

Not the best experience but likely was due to my stylist and not the place itself. She didn’t even introduce herself, when I told her what I wanted she suggested something else that is “easier”. She said she’d try… hair didn’t turn out anything like the reference photos and at a certain point I didn’t even feel like saying anything because she was so off putting. At the end when I left she didn’t even ask me if I liked it. I left my hair clip and she shouted to me from the stairs and said “sorry I don’t know your name”… like you can’t even check first…? I think her name was Ellie, older European woman. Definitely a waste of money and something I could’ve done myself, first and last...
