NYC Party Bus Pros — Local services in New York

We booked through NYC Party Bus Pros for our wedding this past weekend, on NYE. We had elderly guests attending, so the bus was used mainly to pick up and drop off to and from our venue. The bus was nice and clean, had a bluetooth sound system, and had a working bathroom as well.

Our driver, Dennis, was outstanding. He was punctual and assisted with guests getting on and off our bus with great professionalism. It even started raining and he was super quick to help out with my wife's wedding gown and getting her under an umbrella as quick as possible to not get her hair and makeup wet. We enjoyed Dennis' service so much that we invited him to join us at our reception dinner. My family really appreciated his company and he was a welcome addition to our celebration.

Dennis was incredible at navigating through NYC in the craziness of New Year's Eve. We will certainly think of him should we ever have another event that requires transportation. Would give this review more stars if I could for Dennis.

PSA: When booking with the company, make sure you specify how many stops will need to be made as there is a limit to how many stops you can make without getting extra charges. Might not really come up if you are using this as a party bus, but for anyone booking for a wedding or similar event for older guests who have a hard time getting around, it's something to...

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would !!. To give you some background about my reservation, I initially booked with another party bus company (sunshine limousine) some time in December for my birthday celebration on January 14th. On January 10th (4 days before my event ) the person I booked the reservation with cancelled because I complained about his customer service. Frantic , I started looking for other companies and sent a few calls out. I came across Party Bus Pros, and Jon Henry gave me a call back. We set an appointment to meet the next day, so that we could see the party bus and put down a deposit .I loved the bus , but I was still kind of skeptical because of the experience that I just had with the other party bus company . Although I was skeptical Jon Henry was very professional , very understanding and easy to work with. I decided to book with party bus pros 3 days before my event !! (What a gamble). Thankfully this company is outstanding , The party bus was outside 30 mins before pick up time , and the driver tommy was super pleasant ! The bus was clean and stocked with ice and water. All in all , Party Bus Pros literally saved my 25th birthday celebration. ...
