I can’t stress enough how pleased I am with Sound Off! I scrambled to rent silent disco equipment TWO DAYS before my birthday event. Three other companies wanted to charge me a $200+ “rush order” fee, and another could not accommodate at all. I get it, my fault for deciding last minute, but I tell you this because Sound Off replied to my midnight email the very next morning and was willing to rent to me with no additional charges except the next day air shipping.

The transmitter they initially sent to us was damaged and causing the headphones to have major interference. I thought all was lost as we were in Palm Springs and bound for Joshua Tree in an hour.

Again I was blown away by their customer service as they offered to refund me full price... until my case worker Castel Valere-Couturier tried to find any solution to make us happy. He contacted the LA warehouse manager and UBER’d a new transmitter all the way to my friend’s work in Long Beach.

The new transmitter worked like a charm and ABSOLUTELY made the night! I give all credit to Sound Off, Castel’s amazing customer service, and my friend for staying behind to wait for the transmitter. Sadly, the wait made her hit 5pm LA traffic. It was well worth it though because the sound quality was spectacular and we danced the entire night away!

10/10 would recommend! My friend’s and I will definitely be renting again soon.

We LOVED our Sound Off rental experience! Our wedding venue had a noise ordinance that went into place at 10PM, so to keep the party going for an extra hour, we did silent disco. The silent disco really revitalized the party and got EVERYONE back onto the dance floor. We had made sure our DJ was comfortable with the setup in advance and he had 1 station that he was live mixing (pop/top 40 music) and the other was a pre-set playlist (rock music). Everyone loved switching back and forth between the two. Taking off a headphone and listening to everyone singing to a silent room was hilarious! It also meant that people could easily carry on side conversations without it being too loud.

The Sound Off rental process was very easy and I had mailed everything to my wedding planner who took care of setup, teardown, and returns. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sound Off again and to anyone looking for something unique to add to their wedding, look no further than...

When deciding to bring silent disco to my city I did a lot of research on brands. I chose Sound Off because they have local representatives I can contact, I got a quote fast and my order was processed quickly. They also provided personal training/question session that was included, and shipping was really quick even when I needed to order more last minute headphones for an event!

The headphones are solid, have amazing bass and sound, and are flexible and tough which is important when dealing with the public.

The transmitters do not interfere with each other ensuring that all 3 channels can play without noise feed from the others which was an issue I encountered with the set of no brand ones I tried that came from Amazon.
