In store staff are doing their best. Every other party involved is unprofessional and rude. The furniture prices are not even that reasonably priced or quality.
They rescheduled delivery the day of. They made the very simple task of liability insurance a whole charade.
I had to beg to get store’s phone number and email and delivery’s number, very usual means of communication for such a service.
Delivery men didn’t wear shoe covers. Delivery men wouldn’t show the merchandise until we paid the rest of the price (although we paid 60% as a deposit before) - usual protocol is that the client pays after all merchandise are assembled. Delivery men and upper management were rude to the client and the building staff. Delivery men and upper management did not answer calls, messages, or emails. They don’t pressure you and they answer all ur questions. The furniture is very nice quality as well and the manager is a breath of fresh air. They have a various amount of decor too.
