THIS FURNITURE STORE IS A SCAM If I could give then a negative star I would; this is worse company ever. UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO GIVE THEM A STAR They are really nice a pleasant at the store if they could sell your soul to the devil the would. I went into these scammers store in Oct/2018 to purchase sofa set and coffee and end table for my daughter as a birthday gift. That Jaime "the sale associate" she is very nice will sell anything however is all a scam!!!!!!!!!!. First of all we paid in full, in cash for the sofa set and the coffee and end table set really nice beautiful my daughter fell in love with everything. Now come the delivery part. this is what that J*ckA$$ of the sale associate said "oh the delivery is for next week" we go "perfect" my daughter goes " let me know exactly the date so I could take the day off" We got the exact date for the delivery it was suppose to be between noon-6pm the guy didnt get there until 8:30pm with only the loveseat, according to the delivery guy, the sofa was too big and didn't fit in the elevator and he had to take it apart then put back together in the apt. We said ok no problem, the guys goes "oh I cant do it tonight because the person that does that is not with me and plus there is a charge of $150.00 to take the sofa apart and put is back together. I go fine no problem. I go where is the coffee and end table? the delivery guy goes" there is no tables, in this order. " I go " what do you mean there's no tables in this order" The guy goes " no tables let me call the warehouse. He did and the lady from the warehouse goes "oh we don't have the table however we order them for you and you should have them in 2 weeks." I asked the guy ok so when is the available to for the sofa, the delivery guy said oh he will be her the next day. The next day came and went no sofa no calls nothing. We called and called finally like a week later the guy came and we did received the sofa We never received the tables and its almost the end of February and nothing phone calls to no avail. Once this company gets your money its over for you. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE COMPLETE AND YOU WILL GIVE THE RUN AROUND. Read moreThe only reason that I put 1 start is because I can’t put 0!!!!! I bought from them in the new store in Yonkers before Thanksgiving Holiday. Short history, I spent $6,300 and I received bedroom, living and dining set with damaged. The solution they offer me was send me a repair guy, because Fadi (seller and store manager) said Iive to far, but he agreed to take the order when I drove from MA, plus they not secure me the furniture will be at the same condition I bought it or call the insurance that (I paid) but, I have to said everything happens at home and they will give me back $200. I didn’t accept, this is not my fault!!!! I’m still have a Otroman pending and I have to drive there AGAIN, for pick up or wait this repair guy because he’s on vacation. Now have a whole furniture at home that doesn’t value the price that I paid, without mention all the boxes they leave at home. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE AND FURNITURE!!!!!!
UPDATE: By Joseph recommendation, this are ALL the damages pieces, I bought a Sectional (still missing the Ottoman), Dining room set and bedroom set. I drove from MA to NY to pick up the coffee table and end table for my friend, I’m still have pending a Ottoman that they supposed to deliver TODAY FEBRUARY 19 with the repair guy who supposed to come to FIX THIS MESS. I DIDN’T RECEIVED A CALL, ANSWER OR TEXT MESSAGE FROM ANYONE. I took my day off to be at home waiting for this guy who supposed to come since DECEMBER 2018. Your furniture store is sooo IRRESPONSIBLE, you don’t take care of your clients, the products that you sell or YOUR REPUTATION. As a company you can sell what ever amount but at the end you will have a lot of lost by the way you do your work. I know am not the only one with this kind of situations. I’m so tired of dealing with you guys and I don’t see any favorable resolution.

Read moreI can’t even describe I hurt I am with this company! Please don’t not proceed with your purchase if there is no contract to sign or if they tell you to send money through Zelle. My experience with this company was HORRIBLE! They taken my $220k and they refuses to refunded me my money so I have to proceed to the next step, in ordered to get my money back. Please believe the reviews, I wish I did that before I made my purchase but the manager is very convincing so they can take your money. Literally, people work hard for their money, and for it not to be given back hurts really bad. I literally loved a furniture I saw on their page, and decided to move forward with them even after I read their reviews 🤦🏾♀️ Really wish I listened to my Intuition because it’s really God telling you what to avoid something’s. I purchase from them 03/28/2022 and not is 06/15/2022 and haven’t receive anything. The manager lied to me numerous times about my order. He even blocked me when he got caught up in his lies when I exposed him. Till this day I’m hurt. I wouldn’t want anyone experienced what I did, so please don’t even bother, I’m saving u from making the wrong decision. For those that experienced good service, You must be really lucky, because I wasn’t. Through this process I became very depressed, so hurt I cry.
