This place is just so lovely. I have been coming here regularly for about a year, which started out as a need for help with tension and muscle spasms in my back, and now I find myself a regular as this place and these people add so much to my life! I have had appointments with Gina (acupuncture), Rose (Reiki), and Chris (Massage) and I cannot recommend each enough. There is a lovely energy in the space. Everyone is a healer and truly wants the best for all who enter. They listen and provide feedback to take home with you. This has been both physical and mental health work for me.

I don’t want to write anything so long it’s not read, but specifically for my massage with Chris: I was hesitant at first, having a male masseuse, but trusted Gina with her recommendation – and I am so glad I did. The massages are amazing (I’ve had a few now…) and catered to my specific needs and issues. But the thing I was beyond surprised by was how comfortable I felt. Chris can target areas and rearrange the sheet for privacy in a magical way – hard to describe without just going and getting one, but honestly… Just get a massage with Chris. You will not regret it.

I do have an added benefit of coming here regularly so we are able to build on my progress, track the successes and target new milestones thereafter. I see Rose and Gina very often and while I’ve only schedule one Reiki session so far, I know that their energies and skillset are always helping me clear out negative energy, and get me back into my everyday life just a bit lighter, freer, and grounded within myself. I have true joy every time I come here, and I am constantly looking forward to my next appointment.

Very beautiful and intimate healing space. The doctor was very kind and listened to all of my concerns and before I began my steam session mentioned she would speak to me of some herbs for my issue (afterwards) and that we'd talk about possible accupuncture-- since I expressed interest in all she was suggesting. Post session her assistant came in and just said im done and that they needed room for the following session. I wasn't consulted by the doctor again. Also-- the feel of the appointment was as if I had gone to a hole in the wall massage parlor. I was asked if i wanted to leave anything else after paying. I was uncomfortably put on the spot to give a tip and last time i checked when you're seeing a Doctor you don't tip, darlings. I think they need to decide if they're running a massage parlor or they're running a respectable and efficient medical arts healing center. I give 3 stars because doctor was great when she was present (regardless of her absence after) and the yoni steam (which was my first) was a very unique and well priced experience for what it was. It would've been nice for her to also explain what are the benefits of it and also elaborate on what is in the water? herbs? formula? You know afterall this is all something that is extremely intimate and a good and proficient doctor or healing practitioner will take time to go into details and make their 1rst time client know about what they're paying for and...

Updating my review, as the business owner has taken it upon themselves to try and shame me for my honest opinion.

1- I filled out a long, detailed intake form online and was told that I had to do it again on paper when I arrived. I asked if they could just use the info I input on their site, and was told that that wasn’t possible. This was frustrating, but not a deal breaker.

2- I was instructed to stop wearing an N95 mask, bad advice, but I understand that people have different feelings about, or confusion about masking.

3- I was horrifically shamed and guilted during my session. As soon as the acupuncturist left the room, I actually laid there and cried. I felt attacked, unsupported, and deeply upset. This was my major issue. I came to this establishment for help with a medical issue, and instead was berated.

4- A needle was left in me at the end, I had to call the acupuncturist back to remove it.

My review is honest, and accurate. The owner can neither tell me how to feel about the service, nor can they ignore the concrete things that were unacceptable. I came here with high expectations, and I was sorely disappointed. I am even further disappointed to see that the business has chosen to chastise me online instead of attempting to repair their shortcomings.
