I have been coming to ph7 for a few years now and my most recent experience was by far the worst. I got a gel manicure with a chrome finish which initially turned out to be very cute. However, the next day, the chrome began to wear off with very little activity and one of my nails split at the corner (which has happened on more than one occasion).

I reached out immediately and they said they would fix the nails that were damaged, but due to my schedule I had to wait a few more days. In that time, several more nails cracked/broke to the point where I had to remove the gel altogether and wait until they grew back. I was told that my next appointment would be on them. I will add that they didn't specify how much the credit would be, which was my mistake in not confirming. I assumed that since I paid for a specialty gel manicure ($72) that that would be honored on my next visit.

I came back and opted for a pedicure. I enjoyed my experience and found the tech to be very thorough. What I did not like is that they did not honor the $72 I spent for the last service. The woman I spoke to said that her manager said they could only do a credit for a basic gel manicure, but that was never communicated to be. Had it been, I would've let them know that was an insufficient remedy then and there. So, I paid the difference for the pedicure, expressing my contempt. I was then asked if I was planning on tipping, to which I replied no. I came in under the impression that the service would be free, considering the last time I came and tipped generously the service didn't last 2 days and I spent close to $90. The salon was pretty full and I felt like they were trying to shame me for not tipping, but I wasn't going to be bullied into putting down more money for mediocre customer service. I'm sad to no longer be able to patronize this place, but the amount of times I've spent excessive amounts of money to then have cracked nails within 48hrs is unacceptable and they're not even apologetic or transparent when it comes to remedying the situation. It's like they don't care because they know people will continue to patronize...

I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure yesterday and left visibly upset due to the poor execution of what I asked for which was a simple square nail. The nail tech completely filed off the sides of my thumb nails and the gel looks very chunky like I got a bad dip powder service. The receptionist could tell that I was not happy about the service but I did not have time to stay to fix anything (which wouldn't have been able to be fixed because you cant put back my nail that she filed off) so I left. When I contacted management I was hit with "our services are non refundable and you can come back this weekend." I made it very clear that I would not be returning because once again you can not fix the problem the nail tech created and I the fact that I spent nearly $100 and received this poor of a service is just unacceptable. She continued to tell me that the service in non refundable and she spoke with the nail tech who said she didn't file too much off because my nails were already uneven when I came but she will "check the security cameras to see her job." A security camera WILL NOT show you up close details of what my nails looked like before she filed them all off and my nails were very long and VERY SQUARE before she touched them. Not to mention she told me my toes were completely dried and when I took my shoes off the were completely smeared.

Im beyond angry and extremely disappointed with my experience at p H 7. The customer service is baffling. When someone is spending this amount of money for a service you would expect for the customer service to be top tier and this is far...

I made an appointment for 5/13 for me and my sister on the website. I selected group services and provided my card information.

We arrived 30 minutes early and THE PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. The nail techs were actually doing each other's nails.

Their scheduler/manager, not sure, asked if I had a reservation and I provided my information. Upon searching she said she only had 1 appointment for me and that they could not accommodate 2 people. Again, I stress, THE PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. I even showed her on the website how I booked and even though it's an error on their site (if you select a party reservation you have to "add more services" which is not a directive on the site) in order to book for multiple people.

They REFUSED to accommodate my sister and I, stating we had not booked properly and that they had a bunch of reservations coming in.

I can't help but feel like if I was a white woman that some how they would have found a way to accommodate my sister and I.

About 10 minutes after I left another manager called and apologized but at that point I was done. I felt targeted and disrespected.

This is also not the first incident I've experienced (shame on me for coming back ) the last appointment I made this same scheduler/manager told me I could not get gel on my toes because they had too many appointments coming. Like what? Then she changed her mind 15 minutes later.

Moral of the story is the lack of professionalism and customer service here is ridiculous and I will not continue to support this business or be treated so...

Rita is extremely sweet and precise. She followed a photo I gave her super well. There’s a charge for 3+ colors and nail art (be aware) but to my previous point: It took me some time to come to this nail salon when I first moved here (a year ago) because the prices are higher than I'm accustom to. HOWEVER, I am so happy to have found, for me, the best nail salon I've ever been to. The staff is very sweet, always appear happy, and the quality of the products makes it worth the money because their gel and regular manicures last longer. I recently left an expensive ring in the dish, which I took off because it is extremely special to me, so I always do to keep it from getting messed up by the gel light or any products. I left in a rush and called frantically a couple hours later when I felt it was missing. It is a unique, very nice looking ring that could have easily been taken by someone if the staff didn't immediately put it somewhere safe for me. Even before this experience, I loved going here, but this further supports how awesome the staff is here.
