Shopping should be fun, but it's not at Oroboro. I have owned a business, so I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. This one is past due: For the second time, I have placed an online order that this unethical store has cancelled. This time, the reason: we have not gotten to our online orders since we arrived today (it's 3:15 pm) because we've been so busy, so it may NOT be fulfilled. Sounded like they'd sold the item, so I requested that it be pulled from the rack immediately, since we were already on the phone. It should be easy to check online orders before the shop opens, yes? Beautiful curation but unfortunately the customer service is subpar at best.

My friend and I happened upon the shop yesterday and I was excited to see a lot of my favorite labels and discover some new ones. It’s a new season and I am looking to invest in some key pieces.

HOWEVER: The two salespeople did not utter a SINGLE word to my friend and I. No welcome in, no goodbye, nothing.

We were very uncomfortable and felt as if the girls were judging us. How hard is it to say “Hi, let me know if you have any questions?” and then go on with your business? The bar is low and unfortunately Ouroboro doesn’t even reach it.
