I purchased a G& B Mobile bag at this location on April 3, 2021..Upon inspecting the bag ( home) I was not happy with the several defects that I encountered...I call Palms Fashion the same day and informed the merchants that this bag was not acceptable . He informed me that I could bring the bag the following Saturday . (The day the Merchant and myself agree on) On my way to the location I decide to call to let him know that there was traffic and I will be there before 3PM...The Merchant immediately began to say that he was closing the shop and that he never had a conversation with me...Also ,that he does not accept refund or exchange.. I bought a pair of scissors that I haven’t even used because they are for the left hand, and I am right-handed. I asked them to exchange it for a right-handed pair—I never even thought about returning it, I just wanted an exchange. They told me that if the scissors are opened, they cannot accept it back. Who can imagine using scissors without opening them?
I am the same guy who bought $500 worth of products last month from this store, and because of their mistake, I was not charged, and I even returned to tell them about it because I am honest.
