I'm sorry to read the negative reviews against this Pandora location. Based on my experience, I'm guessing those individuals are no longer employed here because my experience with the staff at this location was nothing short of wonderful !! Both ladies working here were so nice, so welcoming and super helpful ! I went to this location to get a charm placed on my bracelet however I noticed that my bracelet was discolored ( I recently got it cleaned a few months ago and was told to come back for another cleaning) When i arrived the employee refused to clean the bracelet, when I inquired about when I could get it cleaned at a later time they said we're not doing cleanings at this location due to the amount of staff.
