Therapie Clinic is a lovely space and everyone who works there is super kind and helpful.

I came here for 3 sessions of morpheus8 because they have the best price per session of anywhere in the city. When I was calling different clinics to price the service, the people at therapie were especially helpful and took the time to answer a lot of questions for me over the phone, probably spending 20 minutes talking to me and even putting me on the phone with one of the nurses.

My primary reasons for wanting morpheus8 were enlarged pores and lower-face fat. I found that the treatment did help some but because I am under the age of 40, I didn't see the dramatic results that an older person might. I would describe it as moderately uncomfortable but not painful. Your skin is topically numbed, but areas like the forehead where your bone is very close to the surface are more intense. It is definitely a treatment I would consider doing again down the line but because it is quite expensive it's not something I plan to do within the next few years.

My first morpheus8 treatment was performed by Amy, who is an RN, and a delight to talk to as well as being very capable and knowledgeable about the treatment. We chatted during the entire process, which helped distract me but didn't distract her at all. She was very focused and precise, repeatedly going over some areas to ensure we would get maximal results. After the treatment I had very little redness and no swelling, but the following few days being unable to exfoliate my skin did leave me very flakey and a little scabby.

For my second treatment, Amy suggested we try the Potenza, which is another RF microneedling device that is similar to morpheus8 but has some noteable differences, including more customizable needle depths (allowing for half millimeter increases in depth rather than only full millimeter), fewer needles in the device head (meaning it's easier to get into smaller areas like the creases of the nose and around the delicate eye area), as well as having the option for monopolar current in addition to bipolar (I recommend googling the different effects and uses). This treatment is less uncomfortable than morpheus8 and afterwards I did feel my skin was more glowy, with none of the flakey/peely/scabby downtime I had with morpheus8, however this treatment is less effective for fat reduction which was one of my primary concerns. I'm glad I tried it though because it was nice to compare!

My third treatment was performed by Reeza, who is a nurse practitioner. She was great to talk to as well as being immensely knowledgeable about the procedure. We discussed my worry about lower-face and neck fat and she was like, alright let's make sure we really get it. Whether you have Reeza or Amy you are going to have a great experience.

In terms of the clinic itself, the space is immaculate and well appointed with everyone I interacted with being incredibly nice and helpful. There were three different women I spoke with at the front desk but I'm blanking on their names - all of them were Irish and I believe one was the owner. The two treatment providers I had were super smart and skilled, and both made me feel very confident in the work they were doing. This rating is primarily about the Morpheus8 treatment I received at Therapie Clinic - and the main takeaway is, I would not recommend it. I regret having done it.

I bought the 3-treatment package for face& neck, and started in mid April this year. I did my last one at the end of August, and unfortunately four months later the results are very disappointing. My face hasn't improved at all, either in terms of signs of aging, dark spots, or acne; what's worse, my neck has gotten way worse. The Morpheus8 treatment seems to have damaged the skin of my neck permanently. It now looks older than way I started and this really upsets me. I spent a significant amount of money for this treatment given my limited budget, and I regret it. I would have probably gotten much better results spending less just with fillers+botox.

To give more details, I knew there would be some irritation after the treatment, but after my first one I had a terrible skin reaction, which got worse in the following days. I had to go back to the clinic asking for help a few days later, I was in huge distress. The rash then lasted for months. I went abroad for the summer and felt uncomfortable the whole time... I eventually had to see a dermatologist abroad, who prescribed an antibiotic cream and said the Morpheus8 treatment most likely caused my condition. Now the rash is gone, but again no signs of improvement like I was promised during my initial consultation... and actually the skin of the neck looks saggier and drier.

I am sad also because the employees who work at the clinic seem such nice people (I would leave 5 stars for the employees). Both the people at the desk and the director Lisa are kind and welcoming. I won't mention who gave me the first treatment, which is the one that caused the rash and damage. But I got the second and third treatment with Andrea, and she's just wonderful. I can't stress enough how professional, knowledgeable, nice and thoughtful she is; she makes you feel completely comfortable and talks you through the whole process. She's just lovely and I would definitely see her for different treatments.

Every time I’ve walked into Thérapie Clinic, I’ve received exceptional service!!! I’ve never gotten laser in my life, and the whole idea of it was a little daunting, but I had a wonderful free consultation with Lisa where she explained everything and was extremely warm and welcoming. She, nor anyone (in my experience), didn’t pressure me to purchase their packages or products and instead gave me all the necessary information I needed to decide on my own, which I really appreciated.

Then Amy did my underarm laser treatment and she was absolutely amazing !!!!! She ensured that the entire process ran quickly and smoothly with VERY minimal discomfort. She also took her time to listen and understand my skincare concerns as well as provided valuable feedback on the best skincare routine for my specific case by recommending skincare products (sold in this specific clinic AND others sold on the market) that could help me get the results I wanted. I could tell that it came from a very genuine place and that she goes to great lengths to make her clients feel at ease and satisfied and not just that she kept wanting you to come back. I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed.

I’ve already gotten great results with the underarm laser treatments I’ve received thus far and am excited for the results when I finish my course of treatment + upkeep.

I had Gloria do my follow up underarm session for the first time and she is FANTASTIC !!! As you can see from my earlier review, I haven't met anyone I didn't like at Thérapie and Gloria was so good I had to come back and edit my original long review to tell others to book her. She is sooo thorough and will take great care to make sure your laser experience is as painless as it can. I really think that if you have any hesitation or fears with starting your laser hair removal journey, you can't go wrong with her - trust me...
