Store was completely empty and associate was very unhelpful. I simply asked to exchange a ring that had 2 missing cubics inside.
The associate immediately saw I had purchased Pandora Care and tried to defer me to file a claim over the phone instead of exchanging in-store. Then when I asked to have it exchanged in-store, she mentioned she would ask the manager and when she returned from the back office she said they were out of stock and to come back in 2 weeks to check again. (No help checking other inventory of nearby stores)
I suggested an exchange for a different size to resolve the issue and the associate said her manager would only allow the same size to be exchanged.
I wonāt be returning to this location and wouldnāt recommend visiting. Such a bad experience but itās in line with other reviews Iām seeing.
Update: Called the number and have to drop it off to UPS and will receive a new ring in 7-10 business days. This is just standard policy, not sure what the additional warranty I purchased does....
