The staff here was so rude!!!!! There was long line with only one cashier. When it’s our turn We found stains on the t-shirt we bought and asked for an exchange. The staff immediately insisted it was lipstick from my mom, without even addressing the other grey stains on the opposite side. On top of that, she gave us attitude and told us to grab the new shirt ourselves. When I confronted her on the attitude she asked me if I really wanna go back and forth on this after the exchange was already finished. The issue wasn’t just the process—its their attitude. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely would not recommend shopping here. They are just not happy working here and wanna vent on someone that requires ‘extra work’ from them

Very helpful and friendly staff! I was looking for a grey NYCFC soccer jersey and the two other supporting goods stores were sold out. I walked in and paused, unsure of where to go, when this bear of a man in a black Adidas shirt and a smile asks if I need help. I ask about the jersey, and he takes me to the soccer section but nothing is there. One moment, he says, and disappears into the back. He reappears a moment later with the jersey, and in my size!!! Could not ask for better service, thanks Adidas store guy!!!

The staff at this store was the worst I've ever seen anywhere in the city. They were inattentive and my friend and I had to run around the store looking for someone to help us. Also, when asked questions the staff was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to help at all. I asked a gentleman if a pair of Stan smiths was available in a size that was not on the display and he was very dismissive and said they didn't have that size. My friend decided to ask another associate since we made the trip to the store to purchase the shoes and the woman was more polite and said she believed they had a smaller size. However, we waited for her for over 20 minutes and she never came out and were forced to ask the only other employee on the floor about where she was. It ended up being the same guy as before and when we asked him if he could check in stock to see if they had the size he, very rudely said, "I was just there and it's not." And I politely asked if he would mind checking again since the other lady said there might be a size and he simply repeated what he said before. Disappointed, my friend and I were leaving and he saw a shirt he liked so he wanted to ask for his size since it wasn't on display and he had to walk all the way to the other end of the store to find an associate to help him. The staff is entirely dismissive and inattentive. Worst store experience ever and next time I will stick to ordering online even if I'm not sure about my size. Thanks for nothing...

I’m only giving it 2 starts because I got the shoes I wanted. If I could rate it a 0 I would. I get there and the first pair of shoes I ask an associate for, they took 15 mins before the shoe came out. After asking for multiple different sizes, I found a pair that fit. I went upstairs for a pair of pink and green gazelles and was very happy to see them on the wall. I asked an associate for help and he told me to wait and he went to go help other people who came after I did. I finally asked him for a size and he supposedly inputs it on his device. I wait 20 minutes and ask again and he proceeds to tell me “oh we don’t have any sizes in that shoe”. I’m like ?? so I had to wait 20 minutes just for you to tell me that. He’s like oh I don’t know I don’t know. How you don’t know and you work here? The associate from the back who was bringing out the shoes came out and said he will go and check. Waited another 15 minutes then they gave the same size I was looking for to a customer who came AFTER I did. So now i’m upset, because I felt ignored and looked over. Why am I begging to spend my own money? They finally gave me the gazelles in my size after the customer they gave it to didn’t even want them. As I was leaving I spoke to Jennibell and gave her my complaints on the workers on the floor and she apologized and promised VIP service next time I come, which I appreciated but I don’t think I will come back after...

I normally do not leave reviews but I was honestly so turn offed by the customer service provided that I had to share my experience. This was my first time at this store and made a purchase right away. I actually found good deals for the items I was looking for. Once I made payment and about to exit around 8:05pm est, I was told I could no longer exit through the front (which is the only exit I know, since it was my FIRST time coming to this location). The employees had already locked the doors to avoid customers to enter. The man near the center display where the sneakers are told me to exit on the side with no further explanation. I politely asked him, “is there a side exit I will be able to leave from?” and he responded with a simple “yes” in addition to the comment “where else would it be”. Only reason I asked where it was, was because it was my first time at the store and never seen the side entrance/exit. I know it is the end of the day but there is no need for such non-sense when it’s your job to guide the customers that bring revenue to the store. The long line to pay was a hassle in itself, but to be treated rudely when exited just put the cherry one top. Regardless of price, I will be sure to return my full purchase and go to bandier or lululemon like I usually do and where customer service is...
