Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible store and terrible service from the start to the end. The staff was extremely unpleasant when we bought a jersey for $250 on 12/3. The jersey ended up being too small for my dad, so we drove 3.5 hours to go back to New York from Lancaster PA to shop some more and return the jersey. Not sure of his name but the Manager at the NY store on 12/20 3:30pm was in an extremely bad mood and unhappy with us for returning the jersey. After a lot of waiting, their system was down and they were unable to process the refund on our credit card on the spot. When we informed the manager that we drove many hours specifically for that return, manager then proceeded to call us 'liars'. Then when we confronted him, he said 'I actually don't care where you live' and gave us cash back for the refund. All in all, this will be the last time I step foot in that store. Terrible service and terrible mannerism. This manager should be fired...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe entire team at PSG was terrific! James and Sylvester gave me personalized service, which led me to buy five personalized jerseys, among other things. The outstanding personalized customer service led to my purchase.
The only reason why I'm giving this store a four-star review is because the letters used to personalize the jerseys were in a bag and challenging for the team to sort through. The sorting through the letters took a lot of time. The store could run smoother if there were more organization with the letters.
I think team members should also get together for out-of-the-store building exercises to discuss how creating a personalized customer experience can be smoother in the store.
Thank you all so much. I can't wait to see the look on my kidsā faces to see their names on...
