Was looking for a place where I could get Small Batch frozen pork sliders for my cat and this store was on the Small Batch website and close to my work. Went there one day after work just to find that they only had Small Batch for dogs in stock but they offered to order whatever I needed from their supplier. I placed an order and about 10 days later they called me saying I can come pick it up. My husband went to the store just to find out they order the wrong item (rabbit instead of pork), although they said they got pork in the store when they called. They placed an order with the supplier again and called me a few days later saying the item is ready for pickup. I sent my husband to pick it up and although it was the correct item (pork), they charged him for the Small Batch rabbit sliders saying price is the same and they just don't have pork in their system. Having bought both items in the past, I highly doubt that's the case as rabbit is always more expensive. Not to mention how unprofessional the whole experience was. Not planning on going back...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for same day delivery on Saturday. By the end of the night it still hadn’t arrived. I called Sunday Morning to ask where my delivery was to which the person who answered, Martin, said that they don’t deliver to the East Harlem on weekends. I told him this didn’t make sense to me and that the website should have stated this so I could’ve ordered from elsewhere. I asked Martin if there was a store manager I could speak to and he said there was no manager until Monday around 2 pm. I called the other locations to ask about their delivery and they said they do deliver to the East side, but once I gave them my exact address they said the same thing that they will not deliver to East Harlem. I am baffled and disappointed at this poor customer service but especially by their blatant discrimination and bias. Today I was running late and called to ask if they could wait till 7.05 for me to run over to get some food for my cat. They said no.
