Walked in with a title and paperwork that I was convinced would be a complete headache to register, walked out 17 minutes later with plates and registration. Yao is incredibly competent and nice, once he looked through my paperwork he immediately was able to walk me through what to do. My last trip to the DMV took an hour and a half for something even easier, I'll absolutely be coming back here for any future DMV needs. Well worth the very reasonable...

Today, I came in with all of my documents, and it took under 30 minutes to complete. In my opinion, it's better than scheduling an appointment at the DMV waiting for hours.
