Read moreI dealt with this dealership before and had an overtop experience with Sammy 3 years ago. A few days ago, I had an appointment to go through what my next steps would be when my lease was up. I was promised by Ramon that I would pay less for my car and insurance per month if I decided to buy the suggested SUV. No numbers or figures were bought to my attention except how much am I willing to put down and what my monthly bill would look like. By the time I spoke to Peter, the manager, the numbers went up even higher costing me to pay even more than what I was paying in total for my car. When I got home and look at the papers, the amount just didn't add up. I started to do my research online and compared the price on paper it was almost double the amount. I just realized too that I received NOTHING for my old car, Hyundai Sonata 2019 that only had 3,000 miles on it that they will more than likely sell it for $20,000 or more. They really win with this one. I would not recommend going there, but if you do females, go with a male figure, your treatment is going to be totally different than going alone. I experienced that on day 2 when I had to return for my key chain waiting an 1 hour 1/2 which they lied about and I know that 1 of them stole it since it was a nice one. Oscar was kind enough to give me a key ring that he had bought back from Africa for family and friends, which was very considerate of him. Anyway, as I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the discussion with a male customer and was like, that wasn't gone over with me. My Dealer didn't go over that with me either. There were such a great difference. Secondly, do not buy on impulse, do your research first online. If you decide to then purchase, read ALL documentation, do not take their word for what each document represent and just sign.
Hyundai please do not tell me to call, because I already have and nothing was resolved. Really felt taken advantage of. So disappointed with this car dealership.
