Not if you are first time buyer. My experience is for any first time buyer reading it. I liked the car I got with the features I want but The buying experience is something I wanted to forget the next day. And yes you can ripped on a new car as well. Here is what I learned as a first time buyer: Be very careful with numbers. The price you see on website contains some disclaimer. Make sure you read what is included in the price or not. Cash rewards mentioned on the website is applied after sales tax is added. So the price you see on website is not what you will get. Some States actually charge sales tax even on cash rewards. I got ripped by agreeing to extra care warranty of $4000, which was added to my car loan and had to pay interest on that. And the sales person sold me saying that if I don’t buy it my APR will be high on my car loan. Which is totally wrong. Banks don’t care what warranty you buy, they only care about your credit history and amount of loan you want. Read if the price includes the dealer fee or not. Most dealers don’t charge dealer fee for new car. There is no writing on the walls. You can still ask for more discount even on price after cash rewards. The more you negotiate the sales price the better it will be since you will save on sales tax on top of extra discount you will get. Make sure the feature listed on window sticker are actually there in the car. I was told the car has a backup camera but when I checked the car it didn’t have that. Save your energy after negotiating the sales price. I was really exhausted after negotiating the Sales price and just wanted to sign the papers and take car home. And that is when I got ripped. So save some energy, bring some snacks, have some food. Beware** of any extra warranties sold on the car. A new car already includes bumper to bumper warranty, road side assistance from the manufacture so you are better off without spending extra money on bogus warranties. You can always buy them later directly from manufacturer if you really need it. You might get better options like 0% APR from manufacturer. Dealer will not give you those options because they are trying to add as much as they can on top of your sales price. I tried to keep myself off from getting that warranty but I was so exhausted in the end to just agree on what the sales person was saying. Be very careful while signing the papers because that is the actual price of the car you are paying, all what happened before doesn’t matter, like the price you negotiated. I felt so stupid to fell for that argument. You can even call bank directly if you see something suspicious. The next several days I spent regretting buying the car from this dealership. I contacted the manufacturer and found out that I can get a refund if I cancel the warranty. And then hard part starts, the sales person I bought car from will start ignoring the calls, or try to ignore by saying you cannot cancel or come next time. Be patient and keep pushing them to cancel it. If they are not helping contact the manufacturer directly to cancel the warranty, yes you can cancel it directly. The sales person kept saying that I cannot cancel since my account is not setup, make silly excuses, asking me come next week. It was definitely not something I want to remember for a long time.
I liked the car I have but for first time buyer I won’t recommend going there. Your best bet would be to have a friend tag along with you who have bought car before or knows car well or have experience...

I would not recommend this place to be first on your list of places to go. I came in to buy a car and, due to the shortage, had to end up buying a used car (had an urgency due to my car getting totaled by flood). Ahmed, the rep that helped me, was nice and honestly at first was very welcoming, but in the end seemed to care more about finishing the sale than ensuring I left with a positive experience. During my experience day of and after the sale, the people I worked with kept disappointing me and did not make me feel like I could trust them.
While checking out the car, I pointed out a problem with the driver’s seat and he promised that “we’ll take care of that”, but after the sale I watched him go back and forth with another member from service about how there wasn’t anything they could do. While negotiating, at one point they held my card hostage (a mistake I made even giving them that after trusting Ahmed that he would meet me at my negotiated price) and once I agreed to another price, within ten seconds the “manager” that had my card charged it. After that, I must’ve waited at least an hour to complete the paperwork with the finance manager, who at the end didn’t even give me the complete copies of what I signed like you normally get at other dealers. Ahmed told me he'd help me get those copies but after a couple of days he had me call the office directly and request them myself.
It also seemed to me that they don’t care about the condition of the used car they sell. I don’t think I got the best price, but given the current market, I would’ve been OK with what I paid if the car didn’t start presenting problems. Within a week, engine light came on. Brakes started squealing, which another Ford service technician told me that someone forgot to put a bracket in the brake assembly in its previous service. Some fasteners were missing from the body. I thought the interior was worn, but turns out they couldn’t even properly detail the car before putting it for sale. I texted Ahmed about the engine light issue the first week and he said he would talk to the service manager for an appointment and get back to me the next business day — he never followed up.
I know that the better thing to do would be to work with the original dealer, but given the experience, I don’t think they are interested in giving me genuine help and I’d rather use the existing warranty somewhere else than get more headaches and...
Read moreI Love my Ford Maverick 2023. It’s really fantastic. Nevertheless, I have noticed my tires are getting bubbles on the side. I don’t know if it’s due to the Hot weather conditions. But, whatsoever might be the cause, I decided to take it to inspections and ran to City World Ford Service. Oh My God! This is the worse service no one shouldn’t received. First of all, no welcomed receive by anybody. Regardless of that, I had to be polite and greeted everyone. Moreover, to make it worse, I got the worse service representative named Manny. I explained how uncomfortable I was feeling while I was on the wheel with my trucks which miles are only 4,900. So my truck is still under warranty, Plus I have warranty with my tires. Also, Explained to him that based on this inspection, my company tires is willing to change my tires. Mr. Manny expressed “ we Don’t do tire inspection here. This is not a body shop” wrong move for Mr. Manny, I replied to him, “ Sir my truck is entitled to inspection thus it is still under my warranty bumper to bumper and all I need to check is why my truck is swaying to the right side at 55mph” He then asked where my truck was and we walk together to the service area where my truck is. A mechanic, whose name is unidentified stated to manny “ the tires need to be changed” However, Manny said that the designs of the tires are specialized to be like that, overpassing the mechanic observation, as if he would be a Mechanic. But wait there is more, the Manager of this location, intervenes putting himself as a mechanic, leaving his status of Manager, and also said that the tires are fine, refusing to do an inspection of my truck. I told them that what they are doing is illegal. Because of that, then manny calmed down and now inform me that if I want them to do an inspection, I must setup an appointment and leave my truck with them for several days to find out what is causing my truck to turn to the right side at that speed. Wow not! I would never trust these negligent team at this location. So I left with courtesy. You guys are so prick, excuse my language, thus I’m frustrating by your service to my person, that you don’t guys even should have the privilege to say that you guys work for Ford. So, my people take a look at these pictures and judge for yourself....
