I have been a loyal customer of Plymouth Rock Insurance for over 5 years, but my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Recently, I made a simple mistake on my address adjustment and was shockingly charged a whopping $1200 fee. Despite speaking with a representative named Joseph, who offered no help whatsoever, I was left frustrated and financially burdened.

What's even more disappointing is Plymouth Rock's track record when it comes to customer service and claims. In all my years with them, they have never spent a single dollar to repair any of my vehicles covered under my policy. Unlike reputable insurance companies, Plymouth Rock does not lower premiums based on good driving records and accident-free years.

This unfair and exorbitant charge has put my family in a precarious financial situation, impacting our ability to afford basic necessities.
