My nails look horrible. $28 dollars and the acrylics I got look like I’ve had them on for weeks and I just got them done. The famous Andy painted my nails and they are streaky and messy. I had to ask for them to clean the polish around the sides and they still didn’t get everything. They take no pride in their work or maybe it’s because I walked as a first time customer that they felt I didn’t deserve quality. My cuticles are rough and jagged. Again I had to ask them to clip off the skin the lady who applied the acrylic left hanging off around my nail and even then they didn’t get all of it. I have acrylic caked up under my nails and on my fingertips. I came to this salon with confidence based on the reviews and I’m so disappointed. All I got was a simple acrylic full set with regular polish and the easiest design that I only asked them to do because my left hand isn’t steady to do it myself. They have old thick polish and instead of replacing them they put acetone in the bottle. Flies everywhere and I can guarantee the tools aren’t sanitized. Hope I still have fingers a month from now. I would go ask for my money back but I don’t even want to see their faces again. I only left it a two stars because miraculously the pedicure I got looks good. Not amazing but WAY better than my nails. This place ia AMAZING! Literally the best salon I've been to in terms of nail professionalism and technique. Andy did my nails and when I tell you he took his time and made sure my nails is what I paid for, it's not even funny. Ive never seen any nail tech do what he does when applying acrylic nails or tips. This is one nail tech who actually DESERVES a tip. He's my new nail tech. Seriously I won't be going anywhere else. The interior is not up to par but that don't faze me because all I care about is how well my nails come out. A hidden gem. This nail salon was supposed to be one of the best, Bobo has been doing my nails for a few years until she moved away and I let Kelly do my nails, she is rough and causes damage to both of my fingers causing infected with Tinea unguium. So hurt and disappointed that she does not listen when I keep telling her she “ hurting me nails” I lost respect for them.
