Great selection of clothes—I make 90% of my outfits from here. But be prepared to be watched like a hawk. It might be because I’m Black or because I look like Travis Scott, but I visit all locations weekly, and no matter where I go, a few of the same employees always seem to be watching me.

Most of the staff are chill and friendly when I come in, but a specific group of ladies constantly feel the need to stand right beside me while I browse. As soon as I touch an item, they’re immediately there, folding it after me—almost like an assembly line from the old factory days.

That said, don’t let this discourage you—it’s still a great shop! Just be prepared...

The attendant tried to collect my personal bag, which contained my laptop and wallet. Then told me to take my things out and give them my bag. I think some distinction should happen in the policy between personal items and actual shopping bags. I also don’t remember a policy like this in my experience with previous locations but it has been a while. Considering the attendant does not stay with the belongings, I think some revisions should be made because the store clearly isn’t holding themselves liable and are hyper focused on grabbing belongings before even welcoming people...

I wanted to try a pair of jeans and was at the fitting room trying to find someone who could open them. After few minutes one of the workers comes around and starts shutting music down and points at the sign that says fitting room is closing at 6.50. After I said about that I was here before and was just waiting for someone to help before that time, she just kept repeating 6.50, 6.50, 6.50 in a rude way. Very poor customer service there where you are treated as an object. Left with a feeling that I was talking to a robot but not...
