Krown Hardware Benjamin Moore Paint Store — Local services in New York

My sister and I visited the store today 9/7/24. We were greeted warmly by Ali and Sid. We had a huge problem with mounting some flags. Ali told us not to worry. He was so kind, so gracious. He sold us the necessary merchandise and mounted the flags himself for us seamlessly. Ali went above and beyond. While we were there every other customer that came were greeted with respect and care as if their business mattered. Everyone left echoing the same thing “we will be back”.
