Rainbow Shops — Local services in New York

Poor customer service. I went to the store to return some items and the store manager was very rude. She pushed my receipt, debit card and my bag to the side and started calling other customers while I was standing there. As I stood there she allowed a young woman to use some credit card that she claimed is her grandmother's. The two women at the register were speaking their language. As a matter of fact, while one of them who looks like she's on training was struggling with my returns, the so called manager was on her cell phone. As they saw a line getting longer then the manager started rushing me to sign in order to deposit my return money to my account. I asked her for a minute because I was not sure the other cashier did the return properly being that she was struggling the whole time. Then the manager intervened by swiping my debit card herself and pushed my card, receipt and purchase to the side. When I asked to see the manager, she started mocking me: " I'm the manager" with a smirk on her face. They messy in there, foot wear disorganized!!!! They display foot wear in the window before entering the store, showing like they have & they really don't have. This store is a liar!!! They need to put a sign up showing for what ever foot wear they don't have anymore!!! Just a disgrace in that store with footwear & clothing!!! Rude rude rude staff! I usually shop in here and never have a problem. Yesterday I was with my son he was in the stroller and the security or whatever you wanna call it was like oh you can’t shop here with the stroller. I was like excuse me why not? He was like it dosent fit. And I was like that makes no sense it fits fine the rough the isle. He was like call the manager, I told him he could call the manager so he did and she came over another rude animal and was like yea you can’t shop with it.
