It just happened that I bought one Very Expensive Dress from them twice. Second time around it was on sale. I was aware that being on sale automatically means that it’s Final Ssle here. What I was not aware was that the dress would be different from the first.one. It’s much longer, does not fit and the embellishments look rusty. I contacted their Customer Service. They would not accept a return because it’s Final Sale. Apparently, for this retailer. Final Sale means it’s Junk Sale. I wasn’t asking for an exception from the policy. I do believe that any reputable company would accept responsibility for their products. I will never buy from Ramy...

WOW. Abigail who works here is absolutely incredible. I had a super complicated issue around online shopping that completely wasn't her or the store fault - and she went above and beyond to help me get it fixed; and then even offered me a generous discount for my inconvenience (when again it wasn't even the store's fault!!). I purchased the Joss Wide Leg Pant. Listed as a silk pant - I expected a high quality medium weight silk for the very high price. They are a very lightweight material- lightweight like parachute silk. Not at all worth the price. If you tuck a blouse the butt/back of the pant shows every line, crease, pattern of the blouse underneath because the material is sooo thin. Not at all smooth as pictured. Yuk. Very...
