If I can give them 100 stars ⭐️ I will! Listen I have been going to this place faithfully for about 10 years. I do not go anywhere else. MIRA does my nails and I wouldn't change her do nothing in the world. TINA. Does my eyebrows and let me tell you when MIRA OR TINA go on vacation I will have to wait for them to come back DEVASTATED !! I am the type to stick with my nail techs, hair stylist. exc.. when you got me you got me. I won't go anywhere else. The way they treat me here is the same as the first time I went .. so much love hard working people. Now I been going here for years. Those Review I seen 2 years ago are beyond BULL!! You know why because we are human and people want things done in a way that they might as well do it them selves. I've seen customers that are just beyond needy and disrespectful. Want a bunch of things done but don't want to pay. Don't bash this business because I will definitely be one of the customers to shut you down. If you all don't believe me go one day. You will see how amazing they all are !! Tina is the only one that can make my eyebrows look how they are now. Mira she's just something else the talent she has. Is far beyond words can express. Also Noel. Such a sweet heart he takes his time with his clients as they all do and Make sure you do not leave unhappy if you do it's because you chose too or you messed them Up after you left and want to blame it on others. I won't waist my time writing reviews but this place is worth it. Always feels like Home. If I had time to show all my nail pictures and my eye brows I will. Maybe I will in a few I'll edit and post. I usually have Tom do my nails he's pretty decent. I used to go to Myra but although I'm a great tipper, I don't speak spanish well and im not a big talker, i just go to pamper myself, so I'm not a "preferred" customer of hers and she turns me away every chance she gets, so I stopped asking her if she available or how many clients she had next. Instead, I go to Tom. The prices are ok i guess.. Do I feel welcomed? Eh.. I don't know.. They're not big on welcoming people or sending you off with a "Ok! See you next time! Only for their favorites. Which you'd be surprised how far a greeting goes with clients when they feel welcome but whatever.. They also close really early on saturdays and sundays which i found baffling unless again you're a "preferred" customer then they may make an exception. All in all, in my opinion, they're...

This place is so bad. Only reason I stayed is bc I was in a rush, but if I would've known I would have ran.

-When you walk in you're asked to pick a color but ALLLL of the colors are old (u know how they look when they start to seperate). The lady sees me looking perplexed so she offers me some regular polish thats not old for $2 extra (🚩🚩🚩)

I sit down, she starts taking off my REGULAR nail polish with the machine, probably to her own convenience. I let it slide cause I though she'd know where to stop but she completely messes up my nails and there's a line (like when u take acrylic nails off), that I will have to wait to grow out.
